How do I create an account?
Download PeptColony from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and tap "Get Started." You can sign up using your email address (we'll send you a magic code), Apple Sign In, or Google Sign In. No password needed!
What's included in the free version?
The free version includes tracking for up to 3 peptides, 2 stacks, 1 schedule, and 7 days of dose history. You also get access to our dose calculator and educational guides.
What does PeptColony Pro include?
Pro unlocks unlimited peptides, stacks, and schedules. You also get full dose history, advanced analytics, data export, the ability to write reviews, and priority support. Pro is available for $7.99/month or $59.99/year.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store:
iOS: Go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → PeptColony → Cancel
Android: Open Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → PeptColony → Cancel
How do I restore my purchases?
If you've reinstalled the app or switched devices, go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes! Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We never sell your personal information. You can read our full Privacy Policy for more details.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the app by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data. Please cancel any active subscriptions first through your device's app store.
The app isn't working properly. What should I do?
Try these steps: 1) Make sure you have the latest version from the app store. 2) Force close the app and reopen it. 3) Restart your device. 4) If problems persist, email us at support@peptcolony.com with details about the issue.
Can I use PeptColony on multiple devices?
Yes! Sign in with the same account on any device and your data will sync automatically. Your Pro subscription also works across all your devices.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, depending on where you made your purchase. You can request a refund through your device's app store. We're happy to help troubleshoot any issues you're experiencing with the app.
